Can I buy tickets in Sweden, when the journey begins in Thailand?
Of course, but you get the best fare on tickets purchased in the country of commencement of travel.

I am allergic to peanuts.
Ask your travel agent or call Thai Airways to insert in your reservation that you are allergic to peanuts.

Do I need to reconfirm my tickets with THAI?
No, you do not have to reconfirm THAI flights , but you may want to check the departure time especially if you have been away for a long time.

Can I bring my buggy onboard?
You can pick it up as soon as you leave the plane.

Do I have to collect my bags in Bangkok, if I continue to other destination in Thailand?
If you are going to Chang Mai, Chiang Rai, Hat Yai, Phuket, Koh Samui and Krabi the bags checked to your final destination. For other domestic destinations you must collect the bags in Bangkok.

Can I reserve an exit seat?
Our exit seats can not be booked in advance but it is possible to make a request if you want to sit by the window or at the aisle. The exit seats are reserved for tall passengers primarily.

Do you have a bonus program?

Is there any point to become a member of Royal Orchid Plus?

Can we get compensation if the flight is delayed?
No, but we will issue a certificate of delay that you can send to your insurance company.

How much luggage can I bring?
Baggage allowance is 20 kg and 7 kg of handluggage for economy class tickets.

What is the overweight cost?
It depends on final destination, but you can count at least SEK300 per kilo.

What if I forget something on board – how do I go about?
Found objects from TG960 Bangkok–Arlanda will be stored in lost and found department at Arlanda Airport. Read more on: www.missingx.com. What if my luggage is damaged / lost who to contact? 

Contact Bagage Service Office on arrival airport tfor a PIR Report = Passenger Irregularity Form,On arrival at Stockholm / Arlanda please contact SAS Bagage Service.

 If I notice damage on my luggage after leaving airport who shall I contact?
